Tarran joined ReceptionHQ in April 2012 and leads our UK operations. Tarran says, “I’m currently in my twelfth year here and I love it just as much as when I started (if not more)!” Her responsibilities include hiring and training new staff, responding to client queries and ensuring operations run smoothly. Tarran says, “ReceptionHQ is very much like a family. Everyone has a voice, which I feel is very important to ensure we provide the very best for our clients.” With experience gained in sectors including retail, catering, customer service, sales and telecommunications Tarran says, “I also love the fantastic technology we have in place for handling calls, it’s second-to-none.” Outside of ReceptionHQ, Tarran recently jumped off the back of a boat into the Mediterranean. She says, “It was only the back of the boat (and not the roof) but even so, I felt very proud of myself for doing something out of my comfort zone!”
